What type of bikes do you service?

 We service Japanese street bikes and ATV's

 

Do I need an appointment?

 Yes, you do. For most services an appointment is required. We schedule appointments for Tuesday through Saturday. 

What are your service hours?

 We are closed Sunday and Monday. Our Service Department is open Tuesday thru Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

What is your hourly shop rate?

Our shop rate is $110.00 per hour plus shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal fees. MTOA is staffed with experienced, factory-trained technicians and we take care to ensure that you are provided the highest level of service.

Do you do warranty work?

No. Warranty work can only be done by the manufacturer.

Can I leave my bike at the shop for a few days after the service is done?

Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store motorcycles for more than a week after service is completed. In the case that a bike is here for longer than THREE DAYS after the service, a $25.00 per day storage fee applies.

If I buy parts online, can you install them?

In most cases, yes. However, please be aware that many items purchased online (from eBay, or a third party) that are sold in “used” or “as-is” condition may be damaged, incomplete, or are not covered under warranty.

Can I drop off my bike on Sunday?

Although our shop is closed on Sundays , you can drop your bike off on Sunday  with prior arrangement with the Service Department (by Saturday afternoon). Please call our service department to schedule an afterhours drop-off. No Sunday drop-off or pickup without prior arrangement please.

Do you have Pickup and Delivery Service?

We will offer pick and delivery at a later date but for now we will be happy to provide you with the number to a reliable towing service.

Do you do evaluations of a bike I want to buy?

 Yes. Are you about to purchase a motorcycle from a private seller and want to make sure it's a good deal? Schedule an appointment to bring it into MTOA before you buy for an evaluation. A typical evaluation takes about half an hour ($55.00), and will give you the information you need to make the right decision.
